Survey Set-up: Collaborative Practices and Network Archetypes

The following questions regarding eight collaborative practices and six archetypes (network patterns) are based on the extensive research and publications of Professor Rob Cross, and have been shown to be significant predictors of team success. Each section is optional, but we recommend including them to provide insights into collaborative strengths and opportunities.
