Getting Started: Privacy Statement

The very first page the respondent will see upon clicking “Begin Assessment” in their survey invitation is the Welcome page. Participants will be asked to check a box to indicate that they agree with the privacy statement in order to continue to the next page. They may click on the button to read the entire policy.
