The chart below is intended to provide an approximate timeline for administering the Accelerator. The timeline will vary based on your readiness at each step. The assessment itself takes only 15 minutes to set up and launch. However, before doing that, it is important to get buy-in, definitively identify all participants in the group, and clearly define responses for the customizable questions.
